1. Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. 

2. Request to return for refund must be raised within 10 calendar days of delivery of the product

3. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.

4. Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:

4.a Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, undetached MRP tag, product’s original packaging, freebies and accessories)

4.b The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes.
